GBD Style Flex-Hone®

Order by bore size

The Flex Hone® is always produced and used in an oversize condition. If your bore size is 4" you would order a GBD4", if your bore size falls between two sizes you would order the next size up.

The GBD Series Flex-Hone tools are designed for bore diameters from 3" to  8" . 

3" to  4-1/2" diameter tools are 13 -1/2" OAL. 
5" to 8" diameter tools are 17-1/2" OAL. 

The Flex Hone® Tool should be securely held in a collet, chuck or similar holding device. It is best to use the shortest shank possible for your application.
